Health, social support, and community development projects are my specialty, from initial scoping through the design phase, implementation and evaluation.

Small service design projects or rapid improvement activities utilising co-design tools and techniques are exciting opportunities to kick-start change. I’m also experienced in utilising Theory of Change methodology to co-design whole-of-system service frameworks, strategic plans, and relationship frameworks.

Literature review, intervention logic models, current state analysis, options analysis - documents and activities many people love to hate, but are my happy place. My written work distills evidence and insights into powerful artefacts with key ideas to support action.

I’m a natural storyteller and a creative writing major. Story is a powerful tool for change and when used effectively in business writing, creates compelling arguments.
